Service Description

Dr Altaf Palejwala is a specialist gastroenterologist on the Isle of Man with more than 25 years of clinical experience. He focuses on inflammatory bowel disease and luminal gastroenterology and is experienced in diagnostic and therapeutic upper and lower endoscopy. He specialises in treating irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and microscopic colitis. This is purely an advice service for non-Isle of Man residents. There will be no prescriptions or changes to clinical management plans. Clients will receive a letter detailing the advice and any considerations their local healthcare provider.
